Reflection
Associate Compensation consultant is the job that I went for. This is one job that was interesting because of the tasks that are ahead of an individual. Being a leader who likes to empower results, the job was inviting as a person would lead in helping other consultants in coming up with ideas for leading the organization. Analysis of data is one thing that is in me and getting to know that one of the responsibilities would be to analyze and interpret data, no doubt that the job was much to welcome; hence I came to appreciate it (Shada 23). I am a person who is interested in research and finding that one of the job responsibilities was to be involved in research, no doubt that the job and the position was much welcomed as a successful employer would be involved in research most of the times (Williams et al. 29).
Analytical skills is one of the skills that I have learned in class because of the different research work that I have conducted. No doubt that this kind of skill would come in handy when analyzing data and taking part in research as the job at hand would require too much analysis of data and looking at research work most of the times. Interpersonal skills is the other skill that I possess that I have learned from working in groups with other individuals.
