All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing checkout, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except in accordance with our refund policy.
Prices displayed are in USD and may vary based on deadline urgency, academic level, writer tier, and subject complexity. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
We commit to delivering your order by the agreed deadline. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you through your dashboard as soon as possible.
Free revisions are available for 14 days after delivery, provided the revision request falls within the original scope of your instructions. We reserve the right to decline revision requests that constitute a new or substantially different assignment.
Once an order is marked as complete and approved by the client, the order is considered finalised. We are not obligated to provide further revisions after approval unless a new order is placed.
Refunds are governed by our Money-Back Guarantee policy. In summary:
Refund requests must be submitted through your client dashboard within 14 days of order delivery. We process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the work product delivered. The work is created specifically for your order and is not shared with or sold to any other party.
GradeEssays retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work after your order is complete. You may use the delivered work for personal reference, study, and non-commercial academic purposes.
All platform content, branding, technology, and design elements remain the exclusive property of GradeEssays and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
GradeEssays provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or results from using work produced by our writers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including academic penalties imposed by your institution.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may delete your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Outstanding orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any wallet balance at the time of account deletion will be reviewed for eligibility for refund.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly through our support team.
