If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, a partial refund is issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Tell us what went wrong — late delivery, paper didn't match instructions, quality issues, etc. Be specific. If you have the original instructions and the delivered paper handy, reference both.
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours. For most cases, we'll first offer a free revision to resolve the issue. If a revision cannot fix the problem, we proceed to a refund assessment.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method or added to your wallet balance — whichever you prefer.
