If your paper is not delivered by the agreed deadline and you no longer need it, you receive a 100% refund.
Cancel any order before a writer has started working on it and you'll receive a complete refund immediately. Once work begins, partial refund conditions apply.
If you accidentally placed the same order twice or were charged twice due to a technical issue, contact us immediately and we'll refund the duplicate in full.
If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, a partial refund is issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
If the delivered paper doesn't meet your stated requirements, we'll revise it for free, within the original scope, before a refund is considered. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
Refunds do not apply if requirements were changed significantly after ordering, if revisions were approved and accepted, or if the order was marked complete by the client.
The process is simple and straightforward, no lengthy disputes
Go to your client dashboard and open the order in question. Use the messaging section to contact our support team and state clearly that you'd like to request a refund.
Tell us what went wrong. Late delivery, paper didn't match instructions, quality issues, etc. Be specific. If you have the original instructions and the delivered paper handy, reference both.
Our team reviews your request promptly. For most cases, we'll first offer a free revision to resolve the issue. If a revision cannot fix the problem, we proceed to a refund assessment.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method or added to your wallet balance. Whichever you prefer.

If your paper is late, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made through your dashboard within 14 days of delivery.
