I agree with the fact that Blue Wood Chocolates must appoint an operation manager in order to assist with the issue the company faces. On the other hand, Kilgore Custom Milling Company financial risks must be managed by the Chief Financial Officer. As you have stated, this is important because the financial risk managers possess unique skills for designing and determining financial frameworks that are pertinent to business financial health. Therefore, it is essential for the Chief Risk Officer in both companies to address the prevailing risks before reporting to the CEO. I disagree with the idea that small and medium-sized companies have low financial capabilities. This is not a general factor in the business world. It is clear that with proper management of the existing resources, companies are able to cope with the challenges and risks that they face. This is a very interesting discussion that is beneficial to anyone who wishes to understand risk management and how companies can cope effectively.

The discussion is very comprehensive and articulate, giving information on how the companies can effectively deal with risks. I agree with the idea that CRO must lead the process of risk management and the executive systems create strategies that will enhance the organization’s effectiveness. With regular consultations between stakeholders in the organization, it will be easier to cope with the existing challenges based on evidence-based solutions.
