In the organization, I work, the learning process and often takes into consideration several factors. In most cases, the process tends to be based on various employees and other organizations' stakeholders. First, the learning process's main aim is to create, retain, and transfer knowledge to the organization (Cunha & Clegg, 2019). Since joining the organization, I have not witnessed factors such as age or generational differences impacting the organization's learning process. The learning process is mainly done depending on the position one holds in the organization. One of the approaches that are used to create learning is by promoting staff training. In essence, all personnel who join the organization must be taken through staff training to familiarize them with the organizational culture. Apart from that, there are also continuous staff training to help employees retain knowledge among employees and transfer knowledge. Another way in which the learning process is promoted is by encouraging self-improvement among employees. The organization has a culture whereby all employees are encouraged to self-improve themselves to become better in what they do during their day to day activities. Another learning process is through team learning, whereby employees come together and exchange ideas and knowledge on how to improve both on individual and group levels. One of the best approaches the organization can use to ensure future learning is promoting a culture where employees are encouraged to be innovative and risk-takers and feel safe to fail.
