Waddle and Soar Company cares for the environment. The company provides wildlife and adventure tourism in various parts of New Zealand, including Cape Palliser, Taiaroa Head, and Hahei. Unfortunately, Waddle and Soar Company has been accused by an activist group for endangering the environment by bringing many individuals into the pristine ecosystems, therefore affecting the native fauna adversely. The activist group specifically emphasized the blue penguins, also known as "korora," found within the Taiaroa Head area. The activists' elaborates that the birds are profoundly declining. The campaign against Waddle and Soar has recently been covered in the local radio, newspapers, and on stuff.co.nz. Moreover, the company has been negatively reviewed by a Trip Advisor. It is highly expected that the negative campaign will affect the company's international and national bookings adversely.
