Introduction

Employee training and development is essential in ensuring the competence of the workers towards accomplishing an organization’s goals. Employee training and development in any organization is vital for the success of the business. Employee training is essential since it influences the behaviors, knowledge, and motivation to fulfill the job requirements. This training program focuses on the relationship between employees and management, time management, and the use of medical resources. Hypothetically, more interaction between the managerial staff and the general staff could improve supervision on time and resource management. When time mismanaged, then the number of patients that receive medication is limited. Technological resources help to improve the quality of services delivered by employees. However, technical knowledge should be sufficient to adapt to new technology, and employees should improve on the use of resources.

Goals for the Training

The goal of the training includes the quality of service delivery to patients. The program tries to establish communication between workers and their relationship with their seniors. It is essential to identify employee training and development needs before the implementation of the training program (Diab & Ajlouni, 2015). The training will help to build on teamwork and develop interpersonal goals that will influence a positive change on the topics; time management, use of resources, and personal productivity. Both senior members of the staff and juniors should attend the training. This training program will focus on the communication of values, standard expectations, and responsibilities of employees.
