The diagram depicts a collaboration between business in the processes of ordering, baking, and delivery of pizza. The system shows that after ordering the pizza, the client can maintain contact with the baking agency and follow-up on how soon they can receive the pizza. It is a clear depiction of how business partners can work together to meet the clients. Whenever there are lapses in the delivery process, the client can contact the provider and know-how soon they can receive the pizza. This can be used to illustrate the relationship between various business units or departments. This is because it shows how the events can be managed to ensure the final product is delivered seamlessly. The client must enjoy the freedom to know and ask for information about his or her order at any stage of the process. This instills confidence in the customer because whenever there are perceived delays, they can call the facility to know when they can possibly receive their order (AIIM, n.d.).

This is essential because it affirms how critical the business process's components are in getting the final product. One thing that is not covered is the roles of the various players in the operations.
