There are always lessons to learn behind every happening despite it being either positive or negative. Covid-19 pandemic fixed the world in a situation that required unique lifestyles, such as mass social distancing. These unique lifestyles present opportunities for new ventures and advancements of existing business ventures (Schroeder, 2020). The rise of the COVID-19 pandemic has had many companies and institutions requesting their employees to work from home. Some companies and institutions have managed to offer their services and conduct their operations normally without the employees having to be physically present in their offices. As most offices are in urban centers, decongestion and elimination of traffic jams seem to be a click away if the companies that can have their employees working from home permanently. Permanently working from home can only be embraced if the companies have platforms, websites, and portfolios that host the idea of working from home.
The business here is the creation of company websites, applications, platforms, and portfolios that enable the employees of various companies to work without being physically present in the offices. This business idea can allow me to offer two services: the creation of a universal platform or application that will enable employees to work from home. These platforms will consist of quick communication channels that will highly improve efficiency in many companies. Different companies or institutions can use the universal platform or application.
