Business Expansion and Sustainability
Introduction
The strength of any organization depends on the productive and professional relationships among employees whose mission is aligned to that of the organization. Employee productivity is key to the growth and development of the organization. The organization's growth and sustainability depend on how employees mitigate operations with the organization's policy and the law. Given the sensitive nature of dealing with children, daycare requires both competent and passionate employees. Daycare is supposed to provide a safe environment that allows children to learn, interact, and play because it is an integral part of their growth and development. Thus, it is essential for children's learning process not to be easily distracted by frequent changes in employees. Therefore, the organization has a goal to retain employees over a long period, while at the same time, recognizing that employees might have ambitions and dreams outside their daily job. To this end, the organization will have three job requirements for interested employees.
Job Requirements
Certifications
Certification is the process through which a learner is awarded an official document that proves they have attained specific skills. They are proof that a candidate has undergone education through the relevant institutions and has been found capable of performing respective tasks. Table 1 below lists the job openings at the daycare and the certifications required.
