And improve Unit 5 Discussion 1
Innovation and consistent evaluation are necessary for all programs within the public health sector. Numerous key components allow for effective program evaluation and warrant quality health outcomes in public. Management performance is an essential aspect of public health programs. The effectiveness of the proposed public health program heavily relies on the nature or attitudes of management. Therefore, I chose this aspect because the evaluation of programs needs to be rigorous. The collaboration and team attitudes towards the process will influence the outcomes of the evaluation process. Another essential component of program evaluation is partnerships. There are increasingly complex roles within the public health sector. The progress of the sector depends on coalitions that empower governments with sufficient resources to fund the public health sector. I chose this component because partners can supplement human and financial resources to facilitate care delivery (Frieden, 2014).
