I managed to interview three people who work inside and outside of my home. I questioned my uncle Humphrey who lives with us and works as an engineer at Impact Power Solutions solar company. Furthermore, I interviewed two friends Andy and Cheryl, who are neighbors and are employed at a Cedar Creek bakery in the neighborhood. I have a close relationship with the interviewees and have witnessed their job shifts and growth. The interviewees' answers varied from one person to another. Furthermore, as much as both friends worked in the same company, their satisfaction levels slightly differed. In most cases, their job dissatisfaction was associated with grievances experienced at work. However, the interviewees' primary motive was to make money and are currently not satisfied with their pay and position. Furthermore, they all seem to impact the lives of others positively.

My uncle responded that he loves his job because everyone shares a similar vision, creating a conducive environment where everybody cooperates. However, his job's nature involves traveling from one place to another, which is due to his position as an operating and maintenance officer. He has worked in the solar company for years without any promotion, which becomes a challenge as he approaches retirement. Humphrey has had an opportunity to address the public in our community during annual energy conservation forums. Furthermore, he has been associated with offering energy solutions to low-income earners within and outside the neighborhood.
