The Rise of Racism in Canada
Racism refers to the belief that a given group of people have certain behavioral traits relating to their physical outlook and can always base in a situation when one group of people feel that the other(s) are inferior to them. Racism takes place when people discriminate based on traits such as color, skin type, and ethnic origin. A section of the white could believe they are more special than the blacks or vice versa. The act of feeling more special than the other race is what brings the inconsistency in human life and oppression. Racism has up to date been a major social problem in the whole of Canada, where different sections of people, especially the blacks, are oppressed and, in many cases, denied justice.
Globally, Canada is considered one of the nations with multicultural inclusion of people because of its receiving-immigrants policies. The country inhibits people from a different race, culture, and religion, as well as people with different perceptions. Despite the international appraise of multicultural inclusion, Canada is still under the struggle of freeing its people from the social menace of racism, which has been existing for a long time among the people of Canada. Racial discrimination has significantly contributed to building the wrong impression about the criminal justice system in the country because every day, people encounter violence and oppression resulting from racism.
