TEAMWORK AND SUPERVISION
Task one
Teamwork is the process of getting individuals who have some common kinds of interests and priorities to come together to hear a common activity or ideas to come up with something effective and substantial in the long run. To have effective coordination and the reliable response of feedback in case of an incidence, there is an absolute need always to come together to help one another's hands and move together in whatever kind of activity that is at hand. Supervision and teamwork are considered so much important in a team since it makes work easier as compared to when one person is left alone to handle all the activities of the team alone. An instance is in the case of Benjamin. The older man is ill and needs absolute attention and care to contain him and assist him in his improvement and healing process. It happens that he only has his wife around, who is supposed to coordinate the activities back at his home, and at the same time, she should also be nursing him and always being there for him all along.
