#2. The nurse's questionnaire filled from the health sector gives an average mean score of between 1.2 to 2.4. When keenly looking at the questionnaire, several leadership behaviors developed by the respondent were almost at the same bracket of the mean value. However, some differences were noted in the leadership behavior of leading courageously with the least mean score. Simultaneously, the character of change for championing had the highest mean score of the data collected. The data depicts that under leading courageously, the health personnel exhibit the quality of handling many issues with more confidence with the least fear. On the other hand, when it comes to championing for change, it gets associated with difficulty as the effort is lightly implicated in the process.

#3. As an aspiring nurse, I will ensure that I execute the questionnaire's necessary leadership skills to enhance good leadership in the working health facility. For instance, providing the right direction in ensuring the missions and objectives' achievement should be essential. It is a strong and firm top leader who takes action fearlessly to ensure championing the rights of fellow workers. Teamwork and enhancing change are primary areas that need to be looked at for efficient cooperation and harmony among the different colleagues. Creating a good rapport among different people through freely interacting with other people and giving other peoples synergy in their daily talk will be of great concern.
