The nursing practice involves an evidence-based practice in which it involves diagnosis and treatment processes through the application of human experiences of health and illness. Nursing as a profession requires integrating various aspects of nursing, including working ethics, vast knowledge in nursing practice, and other personal attribution, to ensure that professionalism is upheld in the field of work (DeNisco, 2019). As a nurse, I have gained vast knowledge in the nursing profession, especially when handling real-life practice situations. Therefore I have learned to work under the nursing practice guidelines since it is part of the working ethics. Evidence-based practice is one of the skills and knowledge I am competent to make crucial decisions when handling patients.

Some of the critical aspects of the advanced practice nursing profession involve autonomy in clinical practice, clinical leadership, and pioneering professionalism in the nursing practice (Mason et al., 2011). I have integrated all these concepts, thus improving my knowledge and experience in the field of practice. Furthermore, I have inoculated several core competencies concerning nursing, including expert advice and coaching, advanced research skills, collaboration, ethical decision making, clinical and professional leadership, direct clinical practice, and consultation (DeNisco, 2019). All these core concepts have made it possible to overcome workplace challenges, especially ethical workplace dilemmas.

I would wish to serve the community irrespective of gender, race, color, religion, economic status, and other geographic variables.
