Grades Tracking Worksheet

The worksheet will allow me to calculate and track grades. It will also be a tool used to rank students. Maintaining the worksheet would be done through updating marks and grades on specific cells. The structure will include all the subjects that students will be taking. The tables will represent the monthly grading schedule, where each student's performance is done every week. The labels for each tab will be Month 1, Month 2, Month 3. Since the worksheet is for a single semester, it does not need to be scalable.

The input data and information on the tabs will be grades and performance results from the students. This will be used to determine the mean grade and calculate any relevant information that may be used to understand students' performance. The worksheet will be printed and shared online to administrators for proper record keeping. This will assist in the easy management of student performance information and ensure no missing marks in the final report at the end of the semester. Additionally, the worksheet will also need functions and formulas to calculate mean grades, rank students, and mean scores for various subjects. All these functions are available within excel. Therefore, executing the commands will be easy and faster.

Functions will be tested following the t-test, a statistical method used to determine the significance of specific results. The calculated means and ranking students can be automated, enabling easy analysis of results.
