Plan for Success
To better meet course objectives and enjoy my experience in my nursing career, my plan for success will start pursuing continuous learning. I intend to handle patients using evidence-based care, and I believe that these coming weeks will establish a strong foundation for future career progress. I will also set aside time to attend conferences and network with other professionals in the nursing field. This is also an essential aspect that will equip me with cultural knowledge from different groups. I also plan to pursue leadership development opportunities within the nursing field and ensure that I have incentives for growth. My plan will also include a daily schedule to interact with peers within my class. The aim of interacting with peers is to share experiences and strategies and collaborate to support each other (Cruzan, 2016). As I expect to graduate in the next few months, I believe this is an opportunity to outline my career objectives and set timelines for each. This is essential to warrant progress and ensure that I advance my nursing career. It will also be a basis to ensure that I continue offering clients quality care and enhancing my abilities as a nursing practitioner. This is also a crucial period to learn organizational skills and formulate incentives for team working and collaboration. As I look forward to graduation, I reflect on the many lessons I have acquired through the program.
