State Speakers

House speakers are powerful people in the American constitution, and they have varied responsibilities. Typically, house speakers are not elected but instead are selected by the majority of representatives in the house. Chris Sprowls is the current speaker in the house of representative Florida. Every state or political party does fight to the source because they greatly influence the progress of the country and states. Therefore, the state in which house speakers come from does matter. Technically, the roles of a speaker make him or her more powerful than elected leaders; their roles in the house directly impact the community. There are several key roles that they facilitate, for instance, appointing members to the committee. In this case, the state speaker to Florid is Christopher, and therefore, the member he would choose to lead committees will have a major impact on the community (Ballotpedia, 2021). In March 2021, immediately after Christopher took office, he is geared towards rescuing the business in Florida from 700% tax dues.

Furthermore, his action also entails helping small businesses to thrive in competitive environments. What does this mean? Choosing a speaker from a particular state has a positive impact on that community or state. The community will reap more benefits than others because of having speaker Christopher. House speaker is also a link between the three arms of the Florida government, executive, legislature, and the judiciary.
