Guided by personal experience through participating in Hatha yoga class that usually lasts for about forty-five to ninety minutes of yoga poses, breathing, and meditation, I had a unique feeling before, during, and after the exercise. Before the Hatha yoga exercise, I frequently experienced poor moods. Considering that Hatha yoga is not a physically demanding exercise as it entails more relaxation of the body and mind through yoga poses and mediation, the practice was an extremely enjoyable experience during the exercise.
