Should the United States Military be Allowed to Recruit Non-Permanent Resident Immigrants?

It is not easy to accept information until evidence is provided. The information can be classified into empirical and non-empirical, which help to back sensory data provided in every research. The research process takes a procedural process, and it is analyzed through different approaches. Research approaches include qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. The United States has been an ally to many countries and is a superpower nation, and it has a significant economic base to employ different people. Over the years, the USA indulged in recruiting non-permanent resident immigrants for military jobs. The research paper will use the three research approaches (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods) to determine the validity of the research question.

Qualitative approach

Typically, a qualitative approach is a method of collecting data conversationally. It is simply an approach that focuses on discovering something in the field of research (Busetto, Wick, & Gumbinger, 2020). Additionally, the qualitative method usually happens in a natural setting whereby the researcher has the potential of collecting first-hand information. There are different data collection methods in qualitative analysis, such as observation, video recording, and interviews. These methods are very critical since they provide first-hand information in the research paper. Interviews are the most preferred qualitative method in this research paper since they will help in evaluating the research question. It would be unwise to generalize information.
