Measurement: I have selected the measurement of personality for the research conduct, and I will illustrate that how will I use variables and findings for conducting my further research. The main variables to be measured or determined are openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The main reason for choosing this measurement is because it is my area of interest and I intend to learn more about personality measurements during the period of carrying out this research.
Proposal: The subject has influenced me a lot and further forced me to research personality measurement because this measurement is one of the interesting measurements from the rest of the list. The human psyche plays a vital role in their personality and I further want to continue my research on this topic. The following are the variables, methodologies, and procedures on how I’m going to carry out my research.
Personality Variables
Openness: This is a shortened for “openness to experience.” Usually, individuals with high openness enjoy activities that adventurous. They are curious and appreciate creativity (art), imagination, and new things. On the other hand, people with low levels of openness prefer sticking to their habits, reject new experiences, and do not like adventurous.
Conscientiousness: individuals exhibiting high levels of conscientiousness are very organized and dutiful. They can be relied upon because of the unmatched discipline and focus to achieve certain objectives. They love planning for everything before pursuing it.
