Introduction
In this assessment, you will build on the work completed in Assessment 1. You will continue to analyze the impact of the external healthcare environment on organizational outcomes, both overall and specific to your topic, working from (and updating as necessary) your initial Porter's Five Forces and PESTLE analyses. You will collect and analyze market data to explore and more fully understand the opportunities and challenges faced by your organization. You will apply the information gained through the analysis to examine the organization's position within the external environment and begin to think about an evidence-based management plan (due in Assessment 3).

Complete Part 2: Market Assessment in the Course Project Template. Keep in mind, you will be adding to the document that you submitted for the Assessment 1 and updating the information submitted for that assessment.
