Yoga has increasingly become an enjoyable exercise for many. Though there are different branches of yoga, the most famous of all is Hatha yoga. The popularity of Hatha is embedded in the consideration that it is not quite a physically and mentally challenging practice. Hatha yoga involves mind, body, and breath. Hatha often serves a vital role as a branch yoga, useful not only for the beginners but also the experienced who are interested in delving into the practice. The classes for conducting Hatha yoga frequently vary depending on the different instructors, but mostly last on a minimum of 45 minutes to a maximum time of 90 minutes. Hatha yoga has thus been widely likable. It is generally a gentle exercise that constitutes controlling breathing, static poses, and meditation.

Hatha yoga classes typically begin with a gentle warm-up, then advance to focus on breath, followed by physical poses, and end with a meditation period. The focus on breath, also known as pranayama, provides various breathing exercises that individuals must practice through the entire exercise process. Static poses also referred to as asanas or postures, are primarily a series of chiefly focused movements on improving strength, flexibility, and balance. The poses often range in the degrees of difficulty from physically challenging positions to laying flat on the floor.
