Canada is one of the first world countries that has experienced an increase in the number of immigrants in recent years. There are high numbers of different cultural groups living in various locations of the country. Most of the policies that exist in the Canadian constitution are designed to support permanent citizens. Due to multiculturalism and the existence of numerous groups within the nation, reformulation of policies has become an essential agenda in order to suit the needs of different cultural groups. Experts have argued that there is a need to have inclusive policies that promote a conducive and comfortable environment for all people despite their cultural background.
