Community Organizations
A community organization is a non-profit organization that deals with addressing uses that matter to the community. A good partner focuses on listening to people in a community organization, clarifying their common goals, mobilizing the community, building leaders, and implementing a strategy for action. Therefore, a person working in the organization need to learn ethics and moral values. These concepts are essential in the community because they guide people's behavioral activities. A good partner has good listening skills, agitates effectively, establishes a working relationship, and identify people's need. When approached, a good partner tends to listen to the other party and find a solution to a problem. Since a good partner builds working relationships, they handle the situation when approached when a conflict is calm and fair. A good partner's duties and responsibilities include expanding the membership base, recruiting, establishing fundraising, and facilitating training and meetings (Popple, 2018). Therefore, the practical ways of working in a community organization enhance efficiency in the organization's productivity. Direct project-based work entails people from the organization working on the firm's projects.
In contrast, indirect project-based work allows people outside the firm to participate in the organization's projects. These practical ways and abstract ideas are related when a suitable partner takes part by fulfilling her duties, enhancing its performance and productivity.
