This part requires you to refer to the operational plan you developed for Bounce Fitness and develop strategies to recruit new staff and train existing staff to ensure you can meet the operational goals of the business. - You are required to develop a human resource strategy for additional resources you may require for you to meet one of the objectives of your operational plan.

- Document what additional human resources are required e.g. full time or part-time staff required, permanent or casual, number of hours, required start date, skills required to perform the tasks, training you can provide, qualifications required, pay levels for Bounce Fitness.
- Develop a budget for the additional resources demonstrating the additional costs to the organisation to ensure that our operational plan will not be over budget.
