Situation – You have been called in by Twitter to consult on the current situation with Elon Musk. Twitter would like to understand their options in managing the possible hostile takeover by Elon Musk. You have been called in to consult on strategies to implement going forward.

Discuss in detail how you would approach each of the questions listed below. It is advised that you be specific and reference specifics from the class lectures (SIAOR) as it relates to helping your client navigate through this current situation/opportunity.
