Richard, who is dealing during the business, agreed to buy roses plants from Peter. When drafting the contract, the parties agreed that Richard would buy 500 white roses plants, packed 50 to a pallet, good average quality of the season, delivery to Richard’s premises on 25 April 2019. On 25 April, Peter delivers the roses plants to Richard. After inspecting the delivery, Richard noticed that 10% of the rose’s plants have pink flowers. He also discovered that several the plants have tiny flowers and are therefore not good average quality for the season.
