Now that Bill’s laptop situation is remedied, he has time to look beyond the Phoenix implementation. He wants to explore how digital business can benefit Parts Unlimited. He wants you to pull together the following information:

1. Write a description of the functions that Phoenix is supposed to handle. (1-2 paragraphs)

2. Describe cloud computing, IoT and big data. Discuss how they are inter-related. (4-5 paragraphs –> 1 paragraph for each topic and then 1-2 paragraphs that discuss the relationships between them.

3. Based on your answers to #1 and #2, discuss how digital business can be applied to Parts Unlimited. What does Parts Unlimited need to do to move forward? Make sure to address the key issues and challenges associated with management challenges.
