Information Systems are the integral part of any Organization. Natures Product Company manufactures Dietary Supplements. Company has developed the Information systems strategy over number of years. Recently the requirements of IT resources has been increased, the management has increased the IT budget by 15% than the previous year to upgrade the computer software’s. The different users of IT systems see it as a tool to record day to day transactions. Company is not using Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Executive Information system (EIS). The Managing director(Mr. Ahmed) and board of directors rely on the information provided by the line managers to control the business and take any strategic decisions. The information provided by the line managers are more focused on Tactical level and does not concentrate on implementation of strategy.
