Fawn used the following questions, all of them scalar and rated from one to five with five being highest.
- How do you feel about the archery range in general?
- How do you rate our equipment?
- How do you rate our facilities?
- How friendly and knowledgeable are our employees?
Then she asked categorical and dichotomous questions about the respondents’ demographics (age, race, sex) and their level of interest in the hobby.
Give her some feedback one what she might not find out from her survey and how she might want to examine the data.
