One of your staff is not showing good performance and arriving late to open the facility.  The members are always waiting for the center to open and quite often the staff member is not able to find the clientele’s details quickly on the system.

You plan to hold a 20-minute coaching session with the team member to establish how to help the team member reach their performance targets and determine what steps the team member should undertake. Complete the coaching plan for the session using Appendix D. You need to have at least three (3) questions for each topic. (Refer to the Canvas activity page for an example on the GROW coaching method. You can also do some additional research on the internet to assist you to complete this question).
