A goldsmith accompanied by his wife went to attend a marriage ceremony. The goldsmith took with him some ornaments bailed to his care by customers. The object of such taking ornaments was to enable his wife to wear the ornaments at the ceremony. On the way, a gang attacked them, stabbed the goldsmith badly and took away all the ornaments from his wife except two golden rings in the fingers of the Goldsmith. Then the goldsmith got admitted into a hospital. While admission, the hospital authority took the charge of his golden rings before operation. They kept the rings in the medical officer’s room just on the table and locked the room at night. On that very night, the rings were stolen.
