On January 30,2022. The plan was delivered to YNWA. After careful evaluation, YNWA reach the conclusion that management’s plan appropriately addressed the going concern. On February 2,2022. YNWA complete all work required to support their audit option and obtain a management representation letter signed by client. The audit documents of this was completed on March 1, 2022.
