The issue is how does one go about establishing a database that will serve the separate entities so they can do the things they need to do separately and together simultaneously? If you were tasked to develop a database for this big of an organization, What issues would you confront? How would you enable the separate entity to communicate with each other so that one can optimize interoperability issues between entities? How can one have access to a separate database so that analytics can occur and at the same time preserve cybersecurity? Do you establish a cybersecurity program that serves one or all entities? These are the issues that you need to think about, reflect on, and write about in your paper. The webeinar was strictly a conduit to enable you to get ideas. If the webinar doesn’t work for you, then look for an organization that needed to develop a big data system (to do the same thing). What issues did they face? How did they solve the issues?
